He adds that with Shopify it is easy for store owners to create their preferences, choose their audiences, and set the tone for the kind of content they want, all while integrating with PushSend Ai's unique marketing calendar.

"The importance of us getting into the market to test our mission is key,” Diamond adds, “We have the innovation, and we can sit here for months and months developing, but we feel it's important to get to market and see what works. We need to be okay with having the platform done in phases. Let’s get going and get feedback from real users."

Phase Two: Market Expansion

The second phase involves expanding into WooCommerce and other platforms, broadening the e-commerce spectrum. Eric Diamond notes, "Phase two is about honing in and fine-tuning what's already been built based on user feedback. We're not creating a new market but addressing discrepancies within the current market, filling gaps, and making our product more sophisticated."

He underlines the collaborative nature of the platform's growth, stating, "Let the users tell us what they want. The goal is not only market expansion but also refining existing features, analytics, as well as adjusting and tweaking our Prompt layer to achieve broader use cases and adoptions.”

Phase Three: Build The Team and Innovate

In phase three, Diamond says the emphasis for PushSend Ai’s team will be on growing and innovating. The PushSend Ai team is brilliant and seasoned, with over 30 years of Martech experience. Still, Diamond adds, “To stay ahead of innovation in the AI universe and to grow and thrive, time to market is key.”

Diamond parallels the evolution of the cloud industry and what they are doing at PushSend Ai. “The ‘cloud’ as a term became very buzzy at one time,” says Diamond. “Certain players came out at the forefront of all this, and the organizations with good product quality and good teams lasted and were able to, regardless of how different that market is today, innovate, shift or expand. And because of this, they still live and breathe in a big way today. That is what we're hoping for; we are at the forefront of this and want to share in that success.”
